Berghaus Fashion Group have sold part of their shares

The owners of more than 100 years old Dutch company Berghaus Fashion Group have sold part of their shares to a manufacturer of high quality ladies’ and men’s outerwear. Berghaus is on of Europe’s biggest designer and producer of fashionable lady coats.

With this transaction both companies strengthen their position in the coats jackets and garments fashion industry. Solveigh acted as the advisor to the shareholders of Berghaus Fashion Group.
