Vos Silo Logistics was acquired by a consortium of private equity investors formed by Greenfield Capital and Noorderhuys Participaties together with mr. Wim Vos, Jan Schuurmans and Jan Tammeling.

Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

The Company has facilities in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. It operates 250 storage silos with a total capacity of about 67.000 m3.
Vos Silo Logistics was acquired from Vos Logistics. Solveigh acted as advisor to mr. Vos and his management team as buyers.
