DAS Rechtsbijstand acquired Bos Incasso

DAS Rechtsbijstand, a leading Dutch insurance company specialized in legal aid insurances, has acquired a majority stake in Bos Incasso. Bos Incasso is one of the leading collection agencies in the north of the Netherlands. DAS Rechtsbijstand started cash collection services 3 years ago on an insurance basis.

With the acquisition of Bos Incasso, DAS is able to expand its collection services and offers its insurance related products to the clients of Bos. Solveigh Corporate Development was the advisor of DAS Rechtsbijstand.
