The business insurance broker and proxy companies Wulfse Groep B.V. and Kettlitz en Deenik have merged their businesses and will be rebranded as the Kettlitz Wulfse Groep.

Joining forces

By joining forces Kettlitz Wulfse Groep intends to enhance its strong position in the business Insurance distribution and advisory market. Kettlitz Wulfse Groep is one of the biggest independent intermediary companies in the Dutch market. Solveigh Corporate Development acted as the advisor of Wulfse Groep.
