Management acquires GSE from Stork

The management team of Stork GSE Dispensing has realized a Managment Buy Out. The company is the world’s largest manufacturer of gravimetric ink dispensing systems with 1.100 installations globally.

The new company, GSE B.V., acquired all existing Stork Prints sales, maintenance and work in progress agreements as well as all staff directly involved in the dispensing acitivites. Solveigh Corporate Development has acted as advisor of the management team.
