Acadium Flexgarant

Acadium Bastion, and its related company Flexgarant have been sold to Direct Holding. The companies have a leading position in the ‘golden handshake’ market and a notable position in the high end residential mortgage market.

Acadium Bastion and Flexgarant were owned by Nationale Nederlanden and the management. Solveigh Corporate Development acted as advisor to the management.
