The leading Chinese consultancy and corporate services provider Sinova Management Consultancy Ltd. has sold its operations to ANT Trust & Corporate Services N.V.. Sinova is experienced in helping businesses throughout the world grow, build their brand and gain a competitive edge globally.

The new group now has presence worldwide, with offices in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas. Together ANT and Sinova form the gateway of local expertise with global insight for supporting companies investing and trading in China and Asia, as well as Chinese and Asian companies investing in Europe and the Americas.

Founder of Sinova Jennifer Chan will remain stakeholder and stay involved in the new group. Solveigh acted as advisor to Sinova.
