Ferdy was over a decade CFO of NV KEMA and contributed to the successful transition towards fast growing and worldwide operating company with attractive profit margins. As world-renowned testing, certification, and advisory services company KEMA was serving the total energy value chain including renewables and energy efficiency. Ferdy’s expertise spans onshore and offshore wind power, solar, conventional generation, transmission and distribution, smart grids, and sustainable energy use, as well as energy markets and regulations. After the acquisition of KEMA by DNV, approximately 16,000 employees operating in over 100 countries, he became head of M&A, controlling and risk management for the energy business units.
