CSM sold frozen bread operations of Delices de la Tour

CSM, the listed Dutch food group based in Diemen, sold the frozen bread operations of its subsidiary Delices de la Tour (DLT) in Maubeuge to Neuhauser France. All dedicated staff (around 93) will be transferred to the new owner.

Neuhauser is a leading French producer of, amongst others, frozen bakery products. Solveigh advised CSM together with it French Global M&A partner Financière de Courcelles.
