Sold subsidiaries

Astica Adviespartners in Waddinxveen has been sold to Delta Lloyd and to Mr. Paul de Groot, former CEO of Ridderpoort. Van Houwelingen in Dordrecht is sold to Unirobe.

Both Astica and Van Houwelingen are agencies with a solid position in their respective regional markets. Solveigh Corporate Development has advised and assisted the sellers.
