Meko acquires the milk cooling rental activities of Friesland Foods

Meko has acquired the tank rental activities of Friesland Foods B.V.. Friesland Foods is a multinational company that develops, produces and sells nutritional and high-quality dairy products, fruit-based drinks and ingredients.

Dairy farmers

Meko, consisting of Meko Holland B.V., Meko Services B.V. and Meko Melktanks B.V. is specialised in cooling storage and control equipment for dairy farmers. By this acquisition Meko strengthens its position in the milk-cooling market in the Netherlands. From now on Meko can offer a broader range of services to its clients. Solveigh Corporate Development acted as the adviser for Meko in the acquisition.
