Pilo Pak and Snel Golfkarton acquired by Papierfabriek Palm

Papierfabrik Palm in Germany acquired all the shares in Snel Golfkarton Medemblik Holland on January 1st. Snel Golfkarton is specialised in light weight single faxe corrugated carton and paper mainly for the bakery sector, fruit and vegetables. The new owner, Palm, is a 1 billion turnover company producing newspaper paper and corrugated carton.

Before acquiring Snel Golfkarton, over a year ago, Palm became owner of Pilo Pak, the only other single faced corrugated carton factory in Holland. Both the sellers of Pilo Pak and Snel were advised by Solveigh Corporate Development.
