Priva sold Multin to Hittech

The Priva Group

The Priva Group sold its subsidiary Multin to Hittech, the technology group based in Uitgeest in the Netherlands. Multin, based in Zoetermeer and ‘s Gravenzande, is supplier to the ICT and medical industry, amongst which is ASML, the Dutch market leader of lithography systems for the semi conductor industry.

Multin produces mechotronica components which often can be defined as key components for its OEM customers.Through the acquisition of Multin, Hittech improved its market position substantially. Solveigh Corporate Development acted as the advisor to Priva.
