The shareholder of Biras Creek Resort, one of the top boutique resorts on the Caribbean rim, in the British Virgin Islands, has transferred its business to Victor International, a US-based succesful investment group with interests in the leisure industry.

Solveigh – due to its industry knowledge in this sector – was advisor to the seller and in addition has taken care of the preparation for transfer of the company prior to the sales process.
