Veriplast sells Depa to Paardekooper

Paardekooper acquired Depa from Veriplast Holland as of 1 January 2008.

Depa, located in Wijchen, is the Benelux market leader in the distribution of disposables and packaging for the foodservice and retail market. Veriplast is a major European producer of plastic packaging for food products. Paardekooper is supplier of packaging for the retail trade (both food and non-food), multi-store chains and industry.
