ATP has acquired Instone, one of the largest business travel agencies having its roots in Norway. Global M&A partner Saga of Norway has arranged the transaction with the assistance of Solveigh and Global M&A UK partner Noble. ATP is one of the leading global travel management companies which is backed by Barclays Private Equity.
